This neighborhood is close to everything: groceries, boutiques, shopping centers, entertainment and hospitals. It is a few minutes from downtown Phoenix.
Fine private schools from elementary schools to high schools (Xavier and Brophy Preparatory schools). Close to the Briddle Path, one of the jewels of Phoenix where you can walk with your dog under the shade of beautiful old trees. This is one of the nicest and best establish neighborhoods in Phoenix.

Also the surrounding streets seem to be always under construction but never fixed .expect constant car wrecks on 19thave.
