"I lived here all my life. Albany no longer is a safe place to live. Itโ€™s a dark cloud. Depressing. Too many shootings!! Violence!!"
  • Trulia User
"I would move to the outskirts of the city to raise my children. Too much drama and police sirens. You "
  • Trulia User
"I lived on North Manning for 6 years not from Albany so this is a perfect neighborhood for me and my children"
  • Joohee K.
"I was asked to submit application to attend the open house. The place is not any of the photos displayed."
  • Trulia User
"Iโ€™ve grew up in this neighborhood. Since a little girl Iโ€™ve always wanted to own my own home and for my family to be comfortable in there own home just like my great grandmother did. "
  • Trulia User
"I donโ€™t see many people walk their dog in the neighborhood but I do walk my dog and there are parks nearby and places to walk around "
  • Mossa
"This is the worst neighborhood to live in and plan to live in for long term. No respect for anyone. You have fireworks going off all day and night. Music blasting during after hours around 12-3 am. Just not the place people want to live and see their kids grow. "
  • Trichelle F.
"I've live in this neighborhood for 4 years and they are friendly and respectful. no trouble. no one troubles anything for you, also you could leave your doors open ,and no one comes in"
  • Trulia User
"Neighborhood has good transportation itโ€™s easy to get too this area could be better kept and it kinda went down hill from previous years but overall not a bad neighborhood "
  • Ione M.
"I work and hike through the neighborhood. The rent has gone up greatly since 2014. It has become hard to find even a room and bed bug infestation is a problem in many homes unfortunately. . The bus system is very good and walking through the neighborhood is nice. The people are not outwardly friendly but they are helpful if you ask for help.. I love albany."
  • Michelle B. W.
"Iโ€™m here for school. People are friendly and helpful. Nice place to live with a huge park. I like the neighborhood."
  • Michelle B. W.
"Getting around is very easy, lots of public transportation is available. A little hard to park in area around office buildings."
  • Taima N. G.
"Nice neighborhood from what I know I keep to myself mostly. Near bus stops, as well as major grocery stores. Parking is alternate side once a week on either side. "
  • Samantha R.
"I hate my neighborhood. neighbors are ride and mean. some of them not good people at all. there is trash everywhere. people around here act like they don't care. "
  • Thomasshannan11
