A laundry nook occupies one end of the kitchen and contains a stacked front load washer and gas dryer, and baker's rack/cabinet for additional storage and to support a microwave oven. There is attic storage with pull down ladder in the garage. The staircase banister is custom designed and fabricated of oak rails supported by a solid brass pole. Very 70's and funky! FYI, the HOA dues includes monthly gas, water, trash, sewer utilities. Residents also have access to $25.00 clubhouse rental for special occasions.
