About this House

The townhouse is open and airy because of the 2 Arcadia doors at the front and rear of the unit, the loft, vaulted ceiling and several tall windows upstairs. A wall and cabinets were removed in the kitchen to create a large opening to the dining room. A wall was removed in the upstairs bathroom to create a larger master bathroom. The master bedroom closet has high quality mirrored sliding doors. The kitchen is custom built with oak cabinets, hand set tumbled slate tiles and stainless steel appliances. A laundry nook occupies one end of the kitchen and contains a stacked front load washer and gas dryer, and baker's rack/cabinet for additional storage and to support a microwave oven. There is attic storage with pull down ladder in the garage. The staircase banister is custom designed and fabricated of oak rails supported by a solid brass pole. Very 70's and funky! FYI, the HOA dues includes monthly gas, water, trash, sewer utilities. Residents also have access to $25.00 clubhouse rental for special occasions.
