"I have lived in the area of this listing for over 9 years and find it to be extremely safe and beautiful. It is clean the neighbors are friendly but with acre lots, not an arms length away. Are there insects and scorpions? In some area yes but I have found less in this Wittmann area than I did when I lived in Glendale. With the expansion of the 303 loop it's the best of both worlds; accessibility and country living! "

"if you see something strange dont look... if I saw something strange and i know you mean something illegal i will look and i will report it. people think just because you live in wittmann you are out of the law. most wanted people have been known to move here and a lot of ghetto ass mexicans too who like to deal drugs,fight pits and take over wittmann well report there ass. its our job to get wittmann back because there are shady people there and give it a bad name. "
