While the foundation is certainly old, neither expressed concerns about the home's structural integrity based on their evaluations. Both also commented that the exceptionally dense soil surrounding the foundation has helped support it over time, almost like a natural cast. We have never experienced water intrusion through the foundation during our ownership.

Rather than trying to hide what makes this home unique, we've embraced it. Every old home has imperfections. We believe this one has personality. Every old cottage has a story. Ours just leans into it a little.

    "I have lived here for almost a year. Bike trail less than a mile away and kearney has a bike trail that runs from m street and 11 ave to cottonwood golf course and runs through Yanney park. It is where people walk with children ."

We have soccer fields in the park that host a tournament and many games throughout the year. Our community hike/bike trail is within a block of most of our neighborhood.
