"Southbridge Subdivision is a beautiful planned community with sidewalks, multiple parks with tennis, sports fields, playgrounds & a community pool. The schools in Waunakee are outstanding. It's about 20 minutes to downtown or the West Town Mall. Very minimal traffic delays during rush hour. "
