A large family room has an adjacent half bath, fireplace and outside entrance. Great for entertaining! The three bedrooms are upstairs, each with closets and new carpeting. The shared bath is functional, but needs updating. The hallway floor and stairway have just been sanded and refinished, keeping the old-house charm. The basement is full, but not finished. The outside landscaping has been cleaned up and gutters redirected to better carry water away from the house. The laundry is on the enclosed back porch and there's a covered back patio for sitting out in the summer. The yard is actually fairly large for the Borough and there is an one-car garage and outdoor shed. Plenty of room for a raised garden or horseshoe pits! Within a block of Kennett High School, YMCA Pool and Legacy ball fields. The Creamery, Kennett Brew Company and uptown venues are an easy walk. Life is good in the neighborhood! 2018-07-28
