About this House

I want a Powdersville HOME! One with a country feel that is warm and inviting. I hear it all the time! Well here it is! I can't wait to show you and you are going to love showing all your friends and family what you found! This is the sweetest charmer! Located on a cul de sac street in the true Powdersville area, rest the home you are going to call yours! Cape cod design sets the stage. Country front porch begs for entry! Family room is oversized with a big fireplace. It's been painted white!!! I LOVE IT and very in style! There is plenty of space for a sectional sofa and flat screen TV. Turn the gas logs on as fall makes its first appearances. We are finally playing some Football! Have your friends over! You have the space. The formal dining room is just off the family room. This gives you even more of an area to gather and celebrate. The kitchen gives a lovely subway tile backsplash and beautiful countertops! There is plenty of room for cabinet storage and space to actually prepare meals. The stainless appliance only adds to the style. You are going to love it! Access to the screened porch is just off the kitchen area. OH MY GOODNESS! Come take a look! This area is large enough for outdoor seating and will give you even more SPACE to relax and enjoy! There is a good view of the in-ground pool from this location. These seller's considered all safety and even have the pool fenced in separately from the yard. Keep a watchful eye on the kids from the screened porch or go relax around the pool under an umbrella table! The water is crystal clear! Come take a dip! The back yard is private as well. To hold your seasonal pool equipment keep it inside the detached garage. OR if you need this third bay for maybe a classic car it will be perfect. You could keep your classic car housed here and allow the attached 2 car garage at the home to be fully functional. Back inside and still on the main level you will find the primary bedroom. It gives you a full bath and nicely sized closet. The walk in shower is a must and the large soaking tub sure will be relaxing at the end of a hard day. Up the steps and located on the second level are two guest bedrooms separated with a jack-n-jill bathroom. This allows the guest bath to be oversized and offer plenty of space as the kids get dressed in the morning. You will find NO carpet here! That is right! The entire home is without carpet. If you have pets this is a game changer! The location of your new home puts you right in the heart of Powdersville. Wren High is only minutes away. Do you like to workout? Have extra activities for the kids? The new YMCA is only a short drive. This makes it easy to transport the kids or give yourself a workout! Come make some new friends in the Wren Community. Get involved with Wren Youth. This gives kids baseball, football, or basketball! If you desire a fancy meal take a trip to Downtown Greenville. It is only about 15 minute away! You could have dinner at Rick Erwin's on Main Street in just a quick trip! Grocery stores are only about 10 minutes away! You will feel like you live in the country yet so close to everything. "Lots of dog walkers, friendly neighbors! People are good about picking up dog poop-thankfully! Good mile loop and crossover to neighborhood across Brushy Creek which allows for 2.5 mile loop. "
  • Plagarenne
"No dog parks, dogs generally not welcomed warmly, many people upset if a dog goes to the bathroom on their yard even if owner picks up after their dog"
  • Zack
"I think theyโ€™d like it fine. You see people out walking their dogs around the neighborhood. And with the newer neighborhood thatโ€™s kind of attached to ours now, thereโ€™s a walk path back there to go on."
  • Jennifer.mcglon
"Neighbors walk their dogs. Itโ€™s a safe and welcoming area. A park within walking distance with a bike path is lovely. We enjoy living here."
  • Jennifer.mcglon
"Quiet little neighborhood but is growing nearby with many young families moving in! Neighbors get together."
  • Jennifer.mcglon
"Longer than average, but little traffic and a beautiful drive. Having moved from a major metro, I appreciate not being in bumper to bumper traffic full of angry drivers."
  • Prodemand2
"I think this is a great place to live and raise a family . My son lived here and we are visiting from NJ and have been here for nearly a month "
  • osborne.msalice
"Itโ€™s old and original. I like that most of the area is not a development. The only thing itโ€™s missing is sidewalks. "
  • Jillian Elizabeth hooper
"To know where and what there child is doing at all times exspecially when there young !! And is as parents need to step it up too !!"
  • Kathy Alldredge
"Dogs arenโ€™t leashed typically. They are frequently loose and running around. This makes walking a dog more difficult."
  • Knhwhitney
"Beautiful downtown areas. Lots of events to go to. Amazing food places. Lots of childrenโ€™s parks and everyone is very friendly."
  • Presley H.
"Houses are pretty close together so if you have a dog that barks a lot, neighbors may get upset by the noise."
  • George S.
"It's right in amongst the city so its centrally located. Not bad commute. Maybe about 12 minutes to leave the city from any side of the house. "
  • Spequeno1
"Many of the children actually spend time playing outside instead of staying in all the time on their computers. It's good to see them enjoying each other, interacting."
  • Jessy G.
"I donโ€™t have children. I would assume it is a safe place to raise kids. I think the schools in the area are good "
  • Swalz
"Great area. Wyatt Oaks is a safe and quiet area. Friendly people and nice houses. Big yards. Been here 18 years and never had a problem. The schools are great and there are many great places to eat, not far from all kinds of shopping and I-85. Atlanta is about 2.5 hours away and Greenville is about 15 minutes! Lots of great things to do!"
  • Kayleemiller680

  • Localolo
"I live outside a neighborhood on a very busy street. Would NOT recommend it where we live. Other neighborhoods seems like a good area for this though."
  • Localolo
"Great community. The schools are wonderful and technology/Facebook has allowed us all to reach out to each other with and questions we have."
  • Kennecook8585
" 5his neighborhood is a holding pattern for Forest Lawn. One can get in a wheelchair or walker and roll down the hill to Easley Baptist Hospital."
  • JP
"ASD1 has good schools and a tight knit community. The area is growing quickly and developing so classrooms will either get overcrowded or they will need to expand the buildings. Limited parks and recreation compared to Simpsonville. "
  • Localolo
"I drive 40 mins to work in Greenville . I am not aware of the closest public transit line. I have not seen a city bus or trolley."
  • Joel M.
"Easley, is the perfect town for growing families . Pretty good school systems and parks . Location is just centered of downtown GVL and Clemson , with plenty of shopping nearby . "
  • Stephanie H.
"The best thing I think Easley has that is unique is the Doodle trail... thatโ€™s about it... everything else is crowded and what youโ€™d find anywhere else."
  • Ashley
"Iโ€™ve lived in this community for 3 years. Most people want to keep it nice but there are a few that do not. Their yards are a mess and houses could definitely be kept up. Lots of loose cats and dogs which gets annoying. And some kids are rowdy."
  • Latrice
"Friendly neighborhood, quiet, convenient location, kid friendly, pet friendly, affordable. I have only been here for a year but itโ€™s been a pretty good year here. "
  • Gtate9105
"Everyone is friendly and it is a good environment to raise kids in. Lots of nature and beautiful scenery everywhere."
  • Nannylou1956
