The property is currently fenced for large yard but is suitable for keeping a horse or a show calf for a youth’s FFA project. It also has a 30X40 shop building within the fenced area. Around the home, the property has scattered trees which are very large shade trees, mostly oak.SERVICES: Electric, phone, rural water, school bus route and mail route.HOME: The home was built in 1978 with a concrete foundation, brick walls and composition roof. The walls are painted camouflage ceiling fan, vinyl tile flooring and closet.Laundry room: 6X11.4 Neutral walls, vinyl wood grain floors.Hall Bath: 11X6 Vinyl tile floor, neutral painted walls, linen closet, Six foot laminate counter with single sink, blue tub/shower, commode.Bedroom #3: 10X12 Neutral painted walls, ceiling fan, walk in closet, wood plank vinyl floor.Bedroom #4: 10X14.6 Neutral painted walls, neutral carpet, ceiling fan, walk in closet.There is a hall closet and also a linen closet in the bedroom hallway.Master Bedroom: 11.4X14.6 Neutral painted walls, neutral carpet, walk in closet, ceiling fan.Master Bath: Neutral colors, shower, single sink, commode.SHOP BUILDING: 30X40 Insulated walls, ceiling unfinished, has electricity, 2 large bay doors which measure 8 feet tall and 10 feet wide plus one man door. Concrete flooring.
