  • Elizabeth Hosler
"Music festivals happen here so thatโ€™s pretty cool and sometimes people do 5ks and granddaddyโ€™s farm isnโ€™t too far away so that nice. "
  • Trulia User
"There are many dog lovers in the area. You see pet parents out walking their dogs daily. Their are leash laws and I see them followed. Sometimes pet parents do not pick up their dogs poop. But for the most part, the neighborhood and areas around it are very pet friendly. "
  • Trulia User
"I believe dog owners would love this neighborhood. I do see people walking their dogs every day from my kitchen window. The neighborhood is level not hilly and great for walking."
  • AllieMarie M.

"I lived in this neighborhood for 4 years. The epitome of a small town. Everyone knows everyone. Crime is super low. Scenery is picturesque. Lakes near by, as well as, state parks. "
  • Karen Hayes
"Great little big town. Everything you need! Lots of community events and close enough to Nashville for big time fun."
  • Miguel B.
"Depending on where you go you can meet nice people but that doesnโ€™t mean there arenโ€™t plenty of rude ones as well. When it comes to housing it all depends on income. If you can afford $800-$1000 a month for rent alone and still live comfortably than your very well of but lower income is weโ€™re it starts to really go downhill. Poorly kept apartments and houses are about all you can find. "
  • The McCray Family
"My Husband and I have lived in Brookfield Estates for 13 years with our three children, We love it here. The neighbors are friendly and all keep their yards nice and take good care of their children and pets. A wonderful place to live."
  • Scott
"Theyโ€™d be very happy and dogs would be as well. I have 2 pups and they love it here. Weather is usually perfect for walks and neighbors are friendly "
  • Casey M.
"small yards friendly people lots of big dogs that run around parks nearby food nearby near a main road so lots of traffic noises "

"Itโ€™s a good town and with quick the town is growing there will be a lot more opportunities for kids locally"
  • Toye
"Close proximity to schools and shopping. For the most part quite, except for the neighbors across the street."
  • Casey M.
"there is absolutely nothing that makes my neighborhood or town special it is an ordinary small town once a year there is a music festival that is it"
  • Adomalski
"I just move to the area, people are friendly, to a point. Whatโ€™s unique is some people will keep there residence clean and some donโ€™t really care!"
