However, my concerns are bullying, racism, discrimination and student alcohol and drug abuse that is prevalent. It is so bad that in this small town a police officer is parked in the parking lot on a daily basis. Test scores continue to drop, and I am concerned that my kids will not have the education they need when they proceed to college.
