Description

This 1 bed/1bath high-rise lux condominium is spacious, and inviting and offers a concierge, pool, tennis courts, parking garage, and panoramic views. It's located close to Detroit and all major freeways.

In the kitchen, you have white with white in and around it -- no messy other colors to play with the eyes, except for the pretty slate-colored floors. A dual-bowl sink offers plenty of counter space on either side so you can do dishes in either direction (when you're not just putting them in the dishwasher.) A plentitude of cupboards means nothing has to live full-time on your countertops, either.

The bathroom is equally brilliant, with a white tile floor under a white-fronted vanity, itself topped with a white countertop and sink. The white tub has a white tile surround with a built-in white soap dish -- fortunately, the stainless steel fixtures are matched by those of the sink and the handles of the vanity. Next to the commode, a convenient under-sink area for the bathroom trash can be reached by anyone doing any kind of business.

The living/dining area is large and spacious, with a huge wall of windows blocked only by a sizable AC unit and one small section of the buttress. Double doors open onto the kitchen, and the entry hall also opens here.

In the single bedroom, two large closets give you plenty of room for your clothes, while a smaller closet houses a vertical washer/dryer combination. A second A/C unit sits under one window, and other than the brown hides-anything carpet, the white theme continues along all of the walls and closet doors.
The grounds of the complex include an outdoor pool, tennis courts, and Civic Center Park and the Evergreen Golf Course is literally right across the street. A large parking garage includes assigned parking and offers a covered breezeway through to the apartments.

Rent is $1,350 per month and the security deposit required is 1 to 1 1/2 months depending on qualifications.

Viewing is by appointment only and you can move in immediately.
