This is a wonderful apartment that could be your home. We are attentive landlords and take pride in our properties as well as selecting our tenants. References and back ground check will be required. The fee for this is $25 per person. We will not show the apartment without first having an interview over the phone...so when you contact us expect to either let a message and your phone number so we may call you back.
This property has always been non-smoking and no pets.
Parking is available on street (closest to entrance) and also shared off street parking in rear of property.
Landlord pays all of the utilities, except for internet, tv, and phone. We do monitor utilities and ask tenant to be considerate / use common sense with usage.

Too many study halls and its mostly busy work. Not a fan of the way they do fund raisers, if the kids don't sell 2 cookies doughs that are 16 dollars each they do not get an extra recess and I wonder what they have to do when the others have the extra recess.
