You'll have access to everything: kitchen, laundry room etc. The entire house was freshly remodeled this year. Everything is brand new! The house comes fully equipped with everything you need: towels, kitchen utensils, plates/pots/pans, etc. and Verizon FIOS high speed internet. Parking is available on the main driveway, in front of the house and plenty of available street parking.

About your housemates:
Everyone here is a clean, friendly working professional in their 20's and 30's. No crazy parties or drama. No illegal drugs. We enjoy people that keep to themselves and respect others' privacy.

About us:
My wife and I are both working professionals in our 30's. I manage a team of engineers within a machine learning/cyber security firm, she runs our real estate firm. We enjoy hiking/outdoors, cycling, gardening. I'm a huge car enthusiast, fitness fanatic, investor, foodie and computer nerd.

Family-oriented quiet suburban neighborhood. Extremely safe. Plenty of available street parking. Walkable to virtually everything. Please see the amenities below for additional details:

Walking distance (only 3 blocks away) from restaurants, 7-11, Kohl's. A short 2 min drive from major shopping centers w/ grocery stores, gas stations and a wide variety of food/entertainment choices.

Transportation:
15 minute drive to the new metro station opening up in a few months! (Innovation Station) 15 minutes to Washington Dulles International Airport. Bus stations are all walking distance.

Rent: $900 ($50 less for the smaller room)
Utilities: $100 which Includes electric/water/trash/upkeep of the common grounds & Verizon FIOs high speed internet.
