The highly desired location can't be beat! We are a smoke-free building. We use a third-party screening company and inquiries are made on credit, income, rental history and criminal background on all applicants. Pet policy: only cats, one per household with a one time pet fee of $200 and $15/month pet rent - dogs not allowed.
