"I remember how I could put anything out in the road, and someone would take it. A dream area for those who clean house :) Neighborhood is quiet and safe. City services were top notch and proactive when I lived there. No silly and obtrusive rules to worry about...when you can take trash out; what you can and cannot put in the road for pickup, etc. I saw recently how many roads were re-paved. I did not have kids but heard that the school system wasn't up to scratch, however. The private school system is pretty good and cheap compared to most areas I have seen. Stop and Shop is in walking distance, as well as a large pharmacy. I liked living there in Leland...great memories and great neighbors."
