The home also includes dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, washer & dryer. You are also minutes from the Mountain Division Trails, Otter Ponds and Windham is just down the road.

Renter is responsible for electric, heat and internet. The lease will begin with a full tank of oil and renter is responsible for heat moving forward. Renter is also responsible for all yard work, such as, snow plowing, mowing the lawn, etc. There is absolutely no smoking permitted inside the home and no pets are allowed.
