This is not your ordinary home. It has many excellent upgrades. Inside you will find awesome Maple Hardwood Floors; upgraded lighting, upgraded sink in the Bath and in the kitchen. The kitchen has a garbage disposal as well as a dishwasher. The seller added another window in the hall way to allow more light in. Ceiling fans in the master bed and the living room. Seller added a nice screened and enclosed porch to the front of the home and a nice private deck in the rear. Seller built a sweet 12x10 shed. The home has 2x6 construction as does the shed. Also included are two lawn swings one in the front and one in the back. A nice little garden space had 26 tomato plants this year; it's a comfy place to call home. Must have Park approval prior to purchasing. This unit new was 50K - Seller has installed 30K in upgrades, super clean home on a great lot and park. Only one dog 20lbs or less is allowed.
