She tries to talk with other teachers to give opportunities for kids to be with their grade for activities and she really cares that kids are getting what they need. She talked to us about the IEP process and helped us understand our rights as parents and she talked with my kid so she was involved with her IEP too. It helped us a lot. There are over 100 clubs to join, multiple fantastic fine arts programs, career tech and exploration courses, a wide variety of elective classes, and many dual enrolment and AP classes to take. The staff, for the most part, do their jobs well and try to make us students as involved as possible.
