    "Events at the old mill, old movie theater shows movies from time to time and fireworks on the forth of July. Not really any more community activities in Manchester ga. Manchester is a great place to reside in, but not too much shopping and really a good drive to visit cities that have all the amenities you will need. A great place to retire "
