On the inside of the home new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring has been installed in all the main living areas and new carpet has been installed in all the bedrooms. New Frigidaire Gallery appliances installed in the kitchen. The home has been repainted and new hardware installed on all the doors. Some of the light fixtures have been replaced. Nicely landscaped fenced yard at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Handy utility building in the back next to the home. A newly built Pergola over the back patio with lighting is a great place to relax or cook out.
