Lovely 2000 sf Candler Home on 0.99 acre of land. Country feel yet convenient to I40 and Asheville. All floors are tile or laminate. Central heat and AC. Lot with plenty of room for a garden. Large closets. Large kitchen and Living Room. Washer & Dryer hook ups. Has septic and well water. Yard to be maintained in the condition it was in at move-in date.

One year lease. Rent must be 1/3 or less of total monthly income ($5700/month min). Credit Report, Background check and references required. Background check should have none to minimal offenses. Credit Report minimum is upper 600s. Absolutely NO SMOKING. Two pets max and must be approved. Dogs and cats considered with $200 nonrefundable fee per pet. Two pets maximum. If you pass the application and credit report screening, a fee of $35.00 is charged for a background check. Another option is to apply via Zillow and pay whatever fee they charge. Security Deposit $3000. Minimum income requirement to rent this property is $6030/month. Absolutely NO SMOKING in house. PLEASE WEAR A MASK WHEN VISITING. I do not accept Section 8. Thanks.
