Description

Introducing 5 Eileen's Path, a newly constructed estate moments from the ocean on a serene street South-of-the-Highway. Set behind gates and a long tree-lined driveway, the property offers uncommon privacy and scale within reach of nearby beaches. The residence spans over 7,500 square feet across three finished levels, all served by elevator, and includes eight bedrooms, eight and one-half bath, a library, living room, great room, gym, media room; multiple gathering areas and amenities like a climate controlled wine cellar. An additional 1,000 square feet of finished outbuildings encompasses a pool house, three-car garage with charging station, and ancillary storage. The grounds unfold as a private compound positioned to capture optimal afternoon sun, including a 50' x 18' heated gunite pool, secluded spa, outdoor fireplace, and media pavilion. Just completed by Maidstone Home's design and building team, the estate reflects a disciplined interpretation of classic coastal architecture paired with modern livability. Expansive, park-like retreat convenient to both the villages of East Hampton and Amagansett.

  • Jeff Coe
"Running on the beach… before 9AM or after 6PM in summer. There are plenty of dog owners in the neighborhood to befriend. There are also a good number of dog groomers in the area if that is needed for your dog. "
  • Trulia User
"Great place altogether, very comfortable and relaxed. "
  • Danielle
"No street lights so no walking or riding at night. Very little or no real frond to speak of around here. There were car break ins last spring and summer but other wise it’s always been pretty quiet. "
  • Danielle
"There are no street lights so it’s not safe to walk or ride at night. It’s fairly safe as far as crimes goes. Over the past year there had been car break ins but no home burglaries. "
  • Danielle
"Certain roads are good for walking dogs but not Long Lane and Cedar. There are no sidewalks and the traffic is heavy. There are plenty of spots to drive your dog to for a good leash walk. "
  • Danielle D.
"I’ve lived here for over 25 years. It’s a unique area. I’m on Long Lane it’s mostly agricultural and commercial. The traffic can be heavy at certain times of the year due to the high school and the commercial nurseries. But the trade off is worth it. I love it because it’s still feels rural. I have learned to live with the dust and diesels because it’s so close to town but isn’t overly suburbanized. You have to still have some grit to live here. "
  • Trulia User
"There is lot of families but there isn’t parks or entertainment places for people to go with their kids "
  • Leonora.loeb
"Safe and friendly! Parks, beaches, day camps, horseback riding, and even a frequently used skate park are great places for kids in the area"
  • Georgie
"Everyone is very polite and friendly, and so are their dogs. Lots of older couples, families and kids. "
  • Hansbald
"Many people walk their dogs on our quiet streets. Short drive to the beach where the dogs can run free at certain times."
  • Julie H.
"Very nice surroundings. I’ve lived here my whole life. Best place to be all year round. Very nice people who live here. "
  • Kelsim49
"Dogs are loved and cared for. The dog park is great and walking your dog on the beach is not to be missed"
  • Cindy C.
"I have been living out here for 3 months and have not been able to find anything to do in the area. School district is really great though!"
  • Monica27avila
"I like my neighbors every one is so kind is quite place no too much traffic is perfect I live here for 14 years "
  • Jschnepper
"East Hampton is a welcoming friendly Village on the East End of Long Island. It has great food and the best beaches in the US."
  • Llsbic
"Walk to village, but just over village line, so no village taxes. Good elevation. A lot of sales and renovations ongoing."
  • meehan100
"totally private street, backyard with pool and flowering gardens, historic, yet updated with all modern amenities "
  • meehan100
"amazing views of agricultural area with fantastic sunsets, walk to restaurants, park, shops, etc"
