"You can be anywhere in 15-20 minutes. The main roads are slow during peak times, but at most, will add 5-10 minutes to your commute. There’s always an alternate way to get where you’re going. "

Local public transit is certainly in need of improvement. The area is for the most part very well maintained and has a nice visual appeal and cleanliness. "I have lived in this neighborhood for 13 years now. A lot of neighbors run and walk their dogs in this neighborhood. There is a lake and wooded areas with deer, rabbits, foxes, ducks and geese in this neighborhood. We are minutes from town but it feels like the country."
