Evans is a good school. Ms. Slaton tries to keep all the families engaged. There is a good precentage of kids that get honor roll each year with at the school, I’ve seen it myself each year with my own child. The gifted teachers are awesome!

The councilors are horrible do not help the students or parents at all. Straight up said dont call or email for scheduling. Said they can't help someone else's job. They are condescending speaking to you about how they won't help as well. I've had 3 kids there in a span of 10 years and I'm finally fed up with this. Absolutely should not have a job as a councilors if you can't even communicate with people.

Perfect little neighborhood school! Both my children have excelled here and are treated so kindly. Principal is great at communication and truly loves the children. She is upbeat and clearly loves what she does! The teachers we have had in all grades have been wonderful towards my kids, even my youngest who has more behavior challenges than my oldest. Both children have been very happy at this sweet school!
