Late Fees: $75 per day after the due date, with a maximum of $300. Eviction may be considered after one week of nonpayment.

Rent Due: Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Early move-in prior to 12 month lease agreement is available. Early move-in rent will be prorated based on move-in date.

Tenant Responsibilities: Renter is responsible for yard maintenance, trash disposal/pick-up services, and all utilities.

Utilities: Tenant pays for electric, gas, and any other utility services.

Parking: Ample parking available on-site.

Insurance: Renter's insurance is encouraged but not required.

It's rare that a vehicle ISN'T driving by at least every 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or so, and they aren't concerned about how fast they're actually traveling. New parents beware: my first year living at this location, I've witnessed no less than 3 single car accidents. Not the ideal place to live if you have wandering toddlers."
