About this House

This house is being sold as is. The value is in the property. Hole in the wall gang's hideout! close to town but nobody can find you! The house has not been lived in several years so I am not sure of the condition of septic. The old well on property has no pump that works and I am not sure of the condition of the well.

    "safe and quiet but not a lot of sites and places, to go to a single store takes 20 minutes and 30 to my school. this place also has a lot of trees, so much you are literally surrounded by trees. There are a lot of mountains and fresh air. If you are looking for something to do there is things like hiking trails,parks, and trampoline parks but that is mainly it unless you live downtown."

It's rare that a vehicle ISN'T driving by at least every 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or so, and they aren't concerned about how fast they're actually traveling. New parents beware: my first year living at this location, I've witnessed no less than 3 single car accidents. Not the ideal place to live if you have wandering toddlers."
