  • Leigh A. M.
"we have a park down the street it's very nice and quite but I don't think Butler and Clovis Ave is roosevelt"
  • Anaerevia
"Not enough parking in area but most neighbors are friendly. Kids on street tease dogs and make dogs bark like crazy and parents donโ€™t tell them anything "
  • Litzy H.
"There are some dogs that donโ€™t have homes and they are always on the streets and drivers have to be cautious when driving "
  • Syboram
"I used to live around the area. Itโ€™s not the best but itโ€™s not that bad. If you look for affordable place to call home."
  • Darnisha W.
"Itโ€™s a decent area. I would still be mindful of the homeless and occasional stray animals. Other than that itโ€™s not too bad of an area."
  • Diane K.
"I don't like all the off leash dogs. Some are big dogs I don't feel safe walking my little dogs! good thing is that there are lots of dogs so when. there are people who don't belong the dogs bark. "
  • Hmoob V.
"I have No question the neighborhood seem to be a quiet neighborhood but there people walking around at night seem to be homeless people digging in the recycles trash can for cans and bottles..."
  • Joy T.
"My neighborhood is around a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest bus stop with a 30 minute wait for the first bus to arrive to take you to the next bus that comes every 10 minutes and stops at every other stop which takes maybe 20 minutes to get downtown."
  • Cheyenne K.
"great access to freeway entrance but terrible traffic and I work across town. only 11 miles takes 30 min."
  • Ken T.
"Nothing. Itโ€™s poorly kept and crime ridden. Lack of shopping and trust within the community. Schools are decent."
  • Lucianaluna1785
"Um...My area has great neighborhoods and great transportations. And also ni e people around us. Good schools you can go to. "
  • Felicianawong15
"We walk our dogs around the neighborhood and we see others walking their dogs on leashes. We hear dogs in backyards and see cats in the neighborhood so, we know itโ€™s a pet friendly neighborhood. "
  • Teresa
"Convenient to downtown jobs. Needs more supermarkets. Close to freeways. Not the safest neighborhood but getting better"
  • Cirenia T.
"We have a walking trail thatโ€™s about 2 miles long. Great for walking your dog any time of the day, running/ jogging. "
  • Melissa L.
"Lots of stray dogs and local neighborhood dogs who are allowed to get out and roam the neighborhood. Makes it hard to walk your dog because thereโ€™s always a chance youโ€™ll encounter these dogs... Iโ€™ve had my dogs attacked quite a few times and I finally had to stop walking them in the neighborhood. "
  • Felicianawong15
"I have visited some businesses in this area. I canโ€™t say too much about the safety of this neighborhood as I do not live here. I do have a couple of relatives that I visit often around this location and they have lived here a long time. I feel comfortable visiting during the day and I know the neighborhood had improved quite a bit from years ago when there was gang violence, itโ€™s much quieter and calm. "
  • Lupe R.
"is quit place there not to many crazy people its wLking distance to school and the stores everyone that is thus commute are friendly"
  • Patricia Sclafani
"We've lived here for 10 years. It is a quiet and friendly neighborhood and has great schools! The different seasons are quite beautiful due to the large oak and maple trees. The Fall is especially beautiful."
  • Daonefabulous
"Itโ€™s a bad part of town. Not safe for raising kids. I would not walk around this neighborhood at night. And when the Fair is in town, there is much more violence than normal."
  • tisha
"there are groups of stray dogs running around all the time they will come and try to fight with your dog thats in your fence yard. the strays can be dangerous and vicious at times and they do run in packs"
  • Diane K.
"it's a safe place to walk your dogs. there are a few off leash dogs in the neighborhood once in awhile, but most are friendly"
  • Kendra S.
"Itโ€™s not special, itโ€™s just bad. Too many sketchy people wandering around, no one cares enough to pick up their trash or watch their children. Avoid this whole area of possible "
  • Kendra S.
"Nothing. Itโ€™s terrible here, itโ€™s trashy, itโ€™s dangerous. You donโ€™t want to live here if you can avoid it, especially if you have children "
