Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, New roof and A/C within last year. Master en suite with garden tub and separate shower. Very large master walk in closet. Tons of storage with walk in pantry.
Nice size back yard for kids or dogs to play. And covered patio for cookouts.
(Has small doggie door.) Full privacy fence.
 Dishwasher and washer/ dryer hook ups for electric or gas.
 Excellent location, only 1 mile from BA high school. Close to shopping and dining. The homeowner will pay yearly HOA.
Pet deposit is non refundable. I have more pictures but cant figure out how to add them I'm computer illiterate.

Tenant pays all utilities, Gas, water, trash, & electric. Credit & background check required
