Considered one of the most sought after areas in Florida, you won't want to miss the nightly sunsets. If you're a golfer you're coming to the right place. The area is surrounded by top golf courses. Prefer to bike, no worries, you'll find miles and miles of trails and developments to bike in. This condo is located ninety minutes to Miami, 15 minutes to Marco Island. Small, quaint and quiet community. You can walk to supermarket, a few local restaurants, pharmacy, liquor store. You are minutes away from everything. The area is quiet and less congested than the downtown area, yet easily accessible by car within a 10 minute drive. Seeking a winter rental. A $150 cleaning fee, and $150 application fee.
