About this House

This is a lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath home. It has a large open living room and kitchen area combination. It includes some of the furniture. It has a dishwasher, Garbage disposal, washer, dryer and refrigerator. It has a beautiful outside covered sitting area right outside the front door. It also has an additional 22x30 covered patio for entertaining overlooking the back fence to a beautiful view of the desert and mountains. The view is spectacular on a "full moon" evening! The enclosed garage area is 22x26 with a covered carport area in front of it. There is lots of concrete area for easy cleanup. The inside of the home is fully carpeted with linoleum in the kitchen and baths. It has new white blinds on the windows. There is also a 14x12 shed on the property for storage. It is a very comfortable and nice home. A must see to appreciate.
