Please note that we have fairly strict rental requirements (income level, debt levels, credit score, etc) so please do not submit an application without first inquiring with us (we dont want anyone to spend money if they will not qualify)

Tenants pay for all utilities and maintain lawn. Certain dog breeds not allowed. Small cats and dogs ok with $250 nonrefundable additional pet fee upfront and monthly pet fee of $35 (each pet).

There’s a dog park behind the BMV also. Really nice neighbors, area is well kept, and the people are friendly. Acapulco in Xenia is a must have! Great food and margaritas, the staff is always friendly and helpful!"
