I've experienced teachers and leadership with no concern of students well being. Had issues where kids bullying a student or protected while trying to make the victim be aggressor. They split classrooms and each class sends homework daily. Which sometimes takes hours a day. Which I've noticed affects their mental health and stress for the students and parents. Encountered teachers that solely get their grade from the homework. Where none of the grade comes from a controlled classroom environment. But any at home environment they may be in. Homework has been sent home to be done where I've had the same homework return to me graded already. Have gone weeks studying for spelling and when tested they were entirely different words. But I would not recommend this school if you have a choice. I have had this school board involved and I encourage others to do so.

This is the worst school ever. The teachers dont care about teaching or their students. The teachers are really good at yelling at their students. There is nothing good about this school, they are incompetent when it comes to doing their job. I would definitely fire all of them and start with people that care. They charge a fee to let students express theirselves by wearing a Halloween costume, if you want wear your pajamas on pajama day, there is another fee for that. No transparency with this school, if you think you can rely on them to get your student home, think again!! They can't even do that, I don't know how these people get paid for what they do. Just a big disappointment!!

So. 1, learning. I love science, but ever since I got here, I have not learned a thing about it, and the things I am taught here never end up on the quiz. Teachers make the material hard to understand, and it seems like you are only supposed to learn at home with how much homework they assign. I am told it gets better, but my mother always comments on how much more homework I have than she had when she went to school. Next- special education. I don't know about how these students' classes go, all I know is that as a normal class track student, I never see them other than fundraisers they do. Next, teaching. Many teachers are just there to do that, teach. Not help you understand the topic, just present it and move on, not help you memorize or understand. Teachers force you into their style of notes and drop your grade if you don't do it exactly how you want (with a few exceptions.) As for the homework thing, I have a new delta math assignment every 1 or 2 days. The curriculums were not built to be able to stand a few days off, which are bound to happen. Safety- Fights happen all the time. I myself have witnessed 4 full out fights front hand, but I have heard of so many more. The bullying problem Is so bad, people are afraid of expressing themself in style, art, or otherwise. It's like this school is forcing you into a non physical uniform. Wear it, and If you wear it wrong, you are punished. Social-Emotional support- I have a very tight knit friend group whom I try to stick with, but at certain instances teachers get mad when I try to stay with somebody I am comfortable with, and after asking to not be put next to somebody (who hates me and I am uncomfortable with) during a seat change, the very next seat change I was put with them. Family engagement- What is there to say? I am too stuck up in my room writing stupid pointless essays instead of being with out familyDo not recommend.
