The tropical grounds at Kahana Sunset are beautifully managed offering inviting great outdoor spaces for your enjoyment. The beautiful pool with kiddie pool is amazing and two grilling areas on the property, with beautiful ocean views as you grill your dinner. This spacious 1 Bedroom condo has been nicely updated and is turnkey ready! iTrip Maui has been the property management company handling reservations and all aspects of care and guidance… the sellers highly recommend them. It comes fully furnished including artwork, linens, kitchenware, a king bed, a dining set, and a sleeper sofa. The covered lanai is also a wonderful way to enjoy outdoor living for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a lovely view of the banana trees. If it gets too warm outside you will enjoy the comfort of the split system air conditioning which services the living room and bedroom.
