7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI for one am not happy with with the way these schools are being ran. For one they added a culinary class to their syllabus to which the students are having to bring in their own food to cook for these meals that they are planning. I for one am a single mother and do not have the money to be buying stuff for this class let alone feeding other children. I think that if they were going to add this class to their agenda that they should have made sure they had the money to provide the food for the students to be cooking. Secondly I'm not all impressed with the actions of some of the teachers that work there I have been told by my daughter many of times that there is one particular teacher that will scold her students for bringing food into class or not wearing their masks (when the masks were mandated) all the while she is eating food in class in front of the students and not wearing her mask. I am sick and tired and fed up with these schools! Their detention rules are bull and so is half of the faculty. The principal is a piece of work all in herselfParent Review3y ago8 Reviews - Luther C. Klager Elementary School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have ups and downs with the school. I have been very involved as a parent and would agree with many of the other comments about the school not being up to par for special education or with other special needs. The teachers here are absolutely remarkable. They do the best with what they are given and I could not ask for anything more. The teachers are great and keep you informed of what's going on in their classroom. As far as management with the school you are left to wonder what is going on and why. The communication is lacking in certain areas but there is always room for improvement no matter way you go.Parent Review11y ago5 Reviews - Riverside Intermediate School

"Nice country walks. But road traffic can be moderate but they drive fast. Some don’t pick up dog water and that is a problem even though out in the country."

"Too much salt on the sidewalks that burns the paws. Owner pick up after their pets. Dogs need to be leashed at all times and can’t be let to run in the park."

"Nice neighborhood and friendly people. We really enjoy the people and diversity here as well. I also think that dog owners would appreciate the trail in the neighborhood. "

"I have very easy access to public transportation. I can ride my bicycle anywhere, and safely for the most part. I don’t drive to work so I can’t speak to the traffic, but from what I can tell, there is quite a morning rush into downtown. I love living in Ann Arbor. The current road closures for the purpose of allowing business to overflow outside their walls for the safety of those who wish to be consumers- I think is wonderful example of people coming together to work around hardship. "I live in this neighborhood for a year in a half, pretty standard relax environment if your looking for a more involve community this isn’t it but it’s also not a college town area. More so a upper level students area or maybe couples moving in together start out. Only thing I would change is cost not much here for the amount they charge."

"I have lived in this area for 25+ years and LOVE Ann Arbor. We have so many community events, art and restaurants. Plus it us very easy to get around by bus or Uber if you need them. The train runs to Chicago daily and to Detroit as well : there is also buses to the airport several times a day. "

"High taxes for little return. Crowded schools. Roads in need of repair. Claimed to be the most educated city in someone's book, if you are so smart, then fix these issues instead of tearing up and then paving a dedicated bike lane on a road with nothing wrong with it."

"In my specific neighborhood, they have a dinner at a nearby restaurant in the Winter and someone hosts a pool party in the summer. That’s all I’m aware of in my neighborhood. Too many things to name for Ann Arbor in general. It has it all."
