The neighborhood in general is quiet, but the little kids love to get together and run around. The subdivision gets together a few times a year. Owners come from a variety of work and ethnic backgrounds.
Because it is situated just seconds off of I-70 and Highway 63, it's less than 15 minutes to the college campuses, hospitals, downtown and the Mall. A new high school is being constructed just down St. Charles Road.
