New mini-blinds; new ceramic tile tub surround; new kitchen upper cabinets; new kitchen faucet. Washer and dryer hookups in kitchen. Parking is in private lot behind unit; entry is from the back and into the kitchen. Maximum of 3 occupants. NO smoking in the unit. **Photos are of Unit A. It is now rented and we are leasing Unit B once we get it renovated which will take until the end of January. EMAIL OWNER FOR APPLICATION @ cheekhomerepair@ yahoo. com. If you qualify, then we will contact you ONCE PROPERTY IS RENOVATED, to arrange a time you can see inside the unit. We are observing social distancing and will require a mask to be worn during the tour of the unit.

LEASE REQUIREMENTS: NO evictions; NO criminal history; at least 2 years continuous employment-or if new job, previous job must qualify; no more than 3 occupants; phone numbers of previous landlords and employers required; NO pet over 15lbs full grown will be approved. Owner pays water and sewer. Tenant is responsible for other utilities. Absolutely NO smoking inside the unit or tenant will be in violation of lease.
NOTE: Rent is $630 with NO pet, or $650 WITH a pet (but no pet fee). Deposit will equal one month's rent. Only one pet allowed and MUST weigh under 15 pounds full grown. NO EXCEPTIONS. Option for 6 or 18 month lease. At this time, we are not wanting to do a one year lease and having the unit vacant in the winter. Send email for application. The landscaping is always kept up and all of us who live by the lake all seem to be “outdoor people”. During the summer., it’s common to see the streets almost crowded with walkers and joggers—even a few bikers. (Along with all the dogs, of course)"
