Downstairs living room includes a couch (can sit up to 4 people), small coffee table, oriental rug, coat hanger, and a 42-inch TV. In-unit stackable washer and dryer is downstairs. Walk-in closet is upstairs with custom built-ins and an outside closet storage unit in the patio area. Black out shades in the upstairs bedroom with skylight and vaulted ceilings. Queen size bed, bedding comforter, two sets of sheets, and two pillows are provided. Bedroom also has two black matching night stands and a dresser. Six piece bath towel set and blow dryer provided. Central A/C and heat. Also a small window AC unit in the upstairs bedroom. Tile all downstairs and carpet with a small amount of tile upstairs. Tennis courts and secured mailbox on the premises. Two parking spaces (carport AND uncovered space & NOT 4 spaces like Zillow is reporting. Located near major shopping centers and parks. Central access to the 22 fwy, 55 fwy, and 241 toll road. An additional $250/month non-refundable deposit for tenants with a cat & $500/month for tenants with a small dog (less than 25lbs). Individuals with a dog over 25lbs or multiple pets will not be considered.
Month to month lease
Tenant pays for ALL utilities.
The following activity will result in an automatic eviction and forfeit of the entire security deposit.
a. Possession, use, or sell of illegal drugs on the premises.
b. Any Illegal activity conducted on the premises.
No smoking or vaping. If after moving out there is evidence that smoking or vaping took place on the premises, the entire security deposit is non-refundable.
Tenants are to maintain a clean and safe environment indoors and outdoors.
Tenant has two reserved parking spaces: one carport space and one uncovered space. Visitor parking is available for guests. The car must also be parked in a designated visitor parking space.
There are community dumpsters located inside the complex for trash.
No parties and/or large gatherings at any time or day (more than 10 people at one time).
No loud noise or activity after 10pm from Monday thru Thursday & Sunday and after 11pm on Friday and Saturday.
Landlord will ONLY be responsible for replacing and/or fixing the following items, if it's due to wear and tear, that are being provided: dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, washer & dryer, water heater, central A/C system, and internal plumbing.
