Horrible! I never learned anything until college. They fired all the great teachers that actually cared after I left. They don’t give kids a chance. They want money from the attendance and don’t focus on discipline, education, wellbeing, or future of the students. Do not send your kids here!!!

Terrible from a student’s perspective, teachers give barely any motivation for students to learn and rather give them the answer than teaching; they don’t even try to explain it if a student needs help. Also, the violence in the school is through the roof and it’s dirty everywhere! Not to mention how there’s no hand soap in the boys restroom!

This school has some very hardworking and honest teachers and some that are not so much. Overall, I like the staff and like the efforts made. I think the worst part of the school are the students that are making bad choices, but don't get punished or removed. Because of this, I don't feel totally safe knowing my children won't be influenced or harmed.

My kids have been going to bret heart since kindergarten. And they were doing excellent until they got to about 1st grade the teacher repetitively kept trying get my child in medication instead of putting the time in or trying to find time to keep my child on track educational wise. But recently I moved to Kings River hard wick elementary school and they have shown me how bad bret heart is lacking in the academic side they told me my child is a year ina half behind . Bret heart never sent homework home not math not real books just booklets no writing skills papers nothing but Kings River hardwick elementary school there first day/ week there I can see the difference in there learning environment. The homework they bring home what they tell me the care that the teachers have trying to figure out why and how they're behind but also giving me steps. Just point blank either it's the teacher or the school but there first grade teacher sucks in my opinion
