The water and trash is included in the rent so you will only need to pay for the electric, SRP. This is a NO SMOKING community and pets are not allowed. Please see the pictures and description for some of the upgrades in this unit. The office is accepting application till Thursday August 28th. Showing will start on September 1st to those who have turned in completed applications that meet our minimum rental requirements.

    "Quick freeway but daily accidents between signalbutte and ironwood. Broadway is calmer but Mesa has aging streets and building. Not many upgrades. Today I passed a sign that says “we buy meth houses” so the neighborhood is headed the wrong direction "

It's quiet, except for the traffic on the main road. It's nice to come home, because it's a few degrees cooler here than in the city, it's beautiful and usually smells wonderful. "
