This large master suite is in a single family house, you will live with three other roommates sharing the common areas like kitchen, living room, laundry room.

We are seeking qualified professionals (single or couples without kids) to join our well-maintained, respectful home. Our home is located at a central location in a safe, HOA-managed community (has 24/7 surveillance camera).

All current roommates are full-time professionals, workers who value a stable, clean, and organized lifestyle.

House Guidelines:
To ensure a harmonious living experience, we maintain the following standards:
1. Quiet Hours: The home remains quiet after 11:30 PM for a restful night's sleep.
2. Shared Responsibility: Common areas are well-maintained via a weekly cleaning schedule (duty) shared by turn by all roommates.
3. Preferences: Light cooking is welcomed.
4. We are looking for renters who are without pets or children.
