"Great small town living everyone knows everybody and are very welcoming. I have lived here for two years and my husband grew up here and never had any issues."

"With bad kids and unruly nature.Stinky trash cans. Cats . Killers . Drug dealers . criminals . people on probation. "

"This property is actually about 0.5 miles to Brentwood school. There is no drug traffic reported in this quiet neighborhood. The hospital is walking distance and this home is located just as you enter Sandersville's historic district. This street is directly behind Highway 15/ Sparta Road which is the main street that runs through Sandersville & Tennille. "

"There are much more attractive areas of Sandersville to live. This area is located right above the government housing sector of Sandersville. There is a lot of drug traffic in the area and crime as well. The only perk is that it is about 3 miles from Brentwood. I would suggest buying a house in Sandersville, it is a wonderful town once you look away from the projects section of town. Sandersville has a lot of community involvement, and has a very small town "Mayberry" feel. I recommend the town to families with kids."
