Cherry Village is a HOA run by the homeowners by a yearly election. Common areas include the courtyard, pool, basketball court, patio, playground and streets and sidewalks. Playground was replaced completely in 2018, so is really nice and brand new. There is a large reserve in case of emergency and the dues have stayed under $60 for years. Being in central Orem is fantastic because you are close to EVERYTHING and I-15 is only about a mile away if you need to go anywhere else. During the winter when the pool is closed, you can get a pass at the Orem Recreation center for swimming, weight lifting, raquetball, basketball & aerobics. UVU is only a mile away, just down 400 West so it would be a great place for employees, those with college students or professors. We've really enjoyed being in a cul-de-sac within a PUD for low traffic.
