"Freedom to walk their dog, see other dog owners, and lots of space to walk the dog. I think that it allows the owners lots of space and scenery. "

"It is an open community but still quiet. Hardly any disturbances and is still isolated from busy roads. The only time this area feels very alive is when Coachella And Stagecoach festivals are occurring right in our backyards. It’s a good neighborhood to be a part of overall."

"I’ve lived here for 23 years. Neighbors mind there business and it’s typically quiet. No busy streets are around to make noise. I would say it’s a good place to live."

"We’re located pretty much right in the border of Indio and LaQuinta so you have access to both areas nearby. 10min drive to Highway 111 and a busy shopping hub in LaQuinta."

"Other than an annual yard sale there are no events. A long time ago, 10 years or more, there were community events. A nice couple would throw a Halloween party for kids, and the HOA board used to have bingo and White Elephant on holidays. "

"We have many events at the Bermuda Dunes Airport - such as classic car shows, charity 5k races, art shows, fly-ins, and concerts. Many people are gone for the summers but have winter homes here."
