About this House

It is a very comforting home located in River Oaks. The neighborhood is just a delight, you get to wake up to see your fellow neighbors out on a run through the neighborhood. My property has a big front yard and backyard nice for family gatherings and other events.

Tenant is responsible for bills, such as gas, electricity, & water.
( A fee of $50 a month for a dog outside)
Maintenance must be kept on yard work, no trash outside, keep the house clean outside and inside. We are asking for $1,350 a month and the home comes with a DIshwasher, Refrigerator, & Stove. If you choose not to have all these appliances we are charging $1,200 a month.
