What I have learned in the 3 years my kids attended this district is that the system is not on there side it lacks concern for the students it lacks best interest for the students they lack engagement with the education for the students. The counselors are just filling classrooms without even knowing or caring if the class is suitable for the childs learning capabilities my child said he wanted a Foundations class to help him better understand math she outright shut that down because it doesn't fit the criteria expected to get into a university or a college. Well if he doesn't understand it how will he go into a university or any college with the understanding of how math works. The teachers complain more to the parents about there children more than there interests in teaching them.

My experience at Jamestown Elementary for my child has been rewarding.

My children have only been at the school for 2 months and it has been a nightmare this is the most disrespectful staff I have ever experienced the school is out of control I went to the office to pick up my children there were children in the office fighting the staff was watching they were talking about the children you cannot get help from anyone with any concerns about anything at this school I have been trying for several months my children are not new to Hazelwood School district but they are new to the school and I have never had any issues until my children began at Hazelwood Central Middle I do not recommend that any parent who cares about their child's well-being physically or emotional send their kids to the school.
