Three bedroom plain Jane in a great sub and location. The third bedroom cost $30,000 to build. Compare to the two bedroom pricing.
- There is a partial basement in this condo unit. Some condo units in Cherry Hill Village, CHV, have a basement and some do not have a basement / storage space.
- It also has a full driveway, unlike many of the other units located in CHV.
- This is an upper level condo, which means you have to walk up stairs to get to your level and someone else lives in the condo located beneath your condo.

This condo is located in Cherry Hill Village, CHV, and is located on the Southeast corner of Cherry Hill and Ridge Roads. Search 'Cherry Hill Village' online and you will see pictures of homes and condos in the area and get a feel for the village community. This is the ONLY upper and lower condo unit built like this unit in the village, (so, it is a two-unit building). This means you have many windows and no side neighbors. There will be no more condos built in Cherry Hill Village in the future. All home building in the village is being completed. This is an upper level, (you have to walk up stairs), ranch style, (one floor), smoke free condo located in Cherry Hill Village in Canton, MI. It has an attached 2 car garage and 3 balconies, (one is over sized approximately the size of a one and a half car garage). The water heater is approximately three years old. You will need to update the kitchen sink, washer and dryer. The association fee of $395.00 per month includes water.
