The open floor plan and high ceilings are very welcoming. The primary bedroom was extended by the builder and is large. There is a walk in shower, dual sinks, and a huge closet in the primary bath. The other two bedrooms are very big as well. The garage is not your typical "new build" size either. It is also very wide. The backyard has a large deck on it, there has been a ton of dirt brought in & grass seed put down for the yard along with many trees that were cleared out. The property lines go far into the trees!

    "My husband and I lived in this neighborhood for 10 years; six of which he was stationed at Shaw AFB. I also worked on Shaw as a civilian. It was very convenient for both of us commuting to and from work. The area is so close to the base that you can go home for lunch if you desired. We always had nice and friendly neighbors that took care of their property. I do not understand why this home has not sold. There has only been one couple that resided at this home whose children were adults and did not live with them. Therefore, the home was kept in immaculate condition and the couple regularly upgraded and maintained the property."
