I do not have a child in this school , but do rent apartments. The principal Kathy told my renter she had to get a copy of my light bill before she would let her child in school. This is a company and what I pay is none of her business. Everyone here signs the same lease. The social security and the Louisiana Food stamp accepts it, but she does not. This is a woman who abuses her authority .

"Dog owners are required to keep their dogs on a leash when not on their own property. They are also required to pick up after their dogs. If they don’t abide by the rules they will be fined. "

"I live directly off Pea Ridge Road. There is high traffic and normally you don’t see people walking their dogs unless in a neighborhood because the road is very busy."
