Things that aren't a big deal, they make a big deal about it. You can't even leave a single thing on your front porch without getting a warning note on your door that if you don't remove it, it'll be a $20 fine a day! People drive through the parking lot like they're in a race and there are tons of kids playing in the area. Like I said, it's a nice place and well priced, but very, very strict! We also left our locked car on the street and someone broke into it and stole our electronics. Weird because Smithfield is such a low key city. I was very disappointed."
